The value of assets is paramount to all clients and stakeholders alike, and so we aim to provide this service both as part of our maintenance management consultancy as well as a separate specialised service.

The specialised service consists of both Life Cycle Costs (LCC) and Whole Life Costs (WLC).

In respect of LCC they can help you budget more realistically and plan costs on all aspects of your properties, be they fabric or technical. We can assist in the process by analysing any upcoming expenditure and working closely with your asset and finance specialists to provide alternatives where required which protect the integrity of your properties. From a sustainability perspective it is also essential to factor in energy savings, so that you get the correct and complete picture, prior to making key decisions.

WLC accounts for the cost of construction, operation and even disposal of the assets you manage, inclusive of finance and depreciation. This exercise may be required for new build properties or where it is part of the financing structure when considering refurbishments.
